How to use (your daily ritual)

What is microcrystalline hydroxyapatite?

Hydroxyapatite is the mineral that makes up most of human bone. "Microcrystalline hydroxyapatite complex" (MCHC) is a natural form that keeps calcium, phosphorus, collagen, proteins and trace minerals together in their natural structure.

What's in each capsule, and how do I take it?

Each 600 mg capsule provides 150 mg calcium, 77 mg phosphorus, 150 mg protein (including 86 mg collagen), plus vitamins C, D3 and K2 and natural trace minerals.
