Refund policy

This policy applies to Benealth products bought from benealth.com. Benealth is a subsidiary of United Sciences Limited, Hong Kong, China.

Unopened products: 5-day returns

You may return sealed, unopened products in their original packaging within 5 days of the day you receive your order for a refund of the product price.

  1. Email hello@benealth.com with your order number before sending anything back.
  2. We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions.
  3. Unless the product is faulty or we made an error, you pay the cost of returning it.

Opened products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products or products with a broken seal, unless they are faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@benealth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or, if a replacement is not available or you prefer, refund you in full, including delivery charges. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing hello@benealth.com with your order number. We will refund you in full, less any card processing fees we have already incurred. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; the returns terms in this policy apply instead.

Refunds

We process approved refunds within 10 working days of receiving the returned product (or of approving your claim, if no return is needed), to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund.

Orders on other platforms

If you bought from us on RedNote or another platform, please contact us through that platform or at hello@benealth.com. That platform's return process may also apply.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
